Project Overview

The Partnership Campaign was designed to address a regional workforce need: filling high-tech, high-paying jobs in manufacturing. The goal was to reach individuals seeking career advancement and direct them to a landing page that listed available positions.

The Challenge

Manufacturing in the region faced a perception problem. Many potential applicants still associated these jobs with low wages and limited growth, despite the reality of advanced facilities and competitive pay. The campaign needed to reframe that narrative while cutting through crowded digital channels and motivating users to take action.

The Approach

I worked closely with the strategist and project manager to refine messaging that emphasized opportunity, skill development, and long term value. From there, I designed a flexible visual system that could translate cleanly across static and motion formats. Every asset was built to lead users directly to the landing page, with ongoing coordination alongside the media buyer to ensure proper sizing, pacing, and platform performance.

The Solution

The final campaign consisted of a coordinated set of static and short form video ads designed for web, social, and mobile placements. Consistent typography, color, and photography helped unify the work while allowing each execution to function effectively within its specific context.

Results

The campaign generated strong engagement and sustained traffic to the job listings page. Interest in manufacturing roles increased to the point that several employers were able to pause active recruitment while reassessing staffing needs. The campaign was viewed as a clear success in both reach and perception shift.

Reflection

This project reinforced the importance of clarity and restraint in campaign design. Strong visuals mattered, but alignment between message, format, and placement mattered more. The work succeeded because every creative decision supported a clear outcome rather than competing for attention.
